Plumbing Folly

Many things in the home can be repaired or updated by a general contractor. Plumbing is not typically one of those items. Especially the hose bib/sillcock. This is a job for the licensed plumber. If you're not sure who did work on a "flipped" house, ask for signed permits for all work done before closing.
