I’m a Certified Master Inspector® (CMI) and Certified Professional Inspector® (CPI) with over 20 years of experience in property renovation and repair.
Since beginning my inspection career in 2017, I have helped property buyers and owners better understand the condition of their properties so they can make informed, confident decisions.
I became an inspector because I wanted to understand what truly matters in a property—not just what is visible on the surface, but the systems, components, and details that affect its performance and long-term value. My approach is simple: provide honest, straightforward information based on experience, training, and continued education.
As a woman in the inspection industry, I take pride in providing a detailed and thorough inspection process. My reports include clear explanations, photos, and observations designed to help you understand the condition of the property. When safely accessible, I personally inspect areas such as rooftops, attics, and crawlspaces because important details are often found where others may not look.
I am certified in additional inspection services to provide a more complete understanding of your property, including specialized testing and evaluations that can help identify potential concerns.
Outside of work, I enjoy building purposeful things, giving my time through volunteer opportunities, sewing, and being a proud mom to my incredible adult children.
