Radon is a cancer causing, radioactive gas. It comes from a natural breakdown of uranium in the soil, rock and water and gets into the air you breathe. Radon typically moves up through the ground to the air above and into your home through cracks, expansion joints and other holes in the foundation.

Radon testing can be done quickly, efficiently with test results in 48 hours.

A mold air sample test can help to identify if elevated levels of mold spores are present in the air, which can be an indication of potential elevated moisture concerns.

Typically mold growth can only occur where water or moisture is present.

Mold is a byproduct of the breakdown of organic matter, such as plants, wood, and even food and certain beverages.

An interior and exterior inspection, determining the basic soundness of the chimney structure and flue as well as the basic appliance installation and connections.

Inspecting the buildup of soot, which can restrict air flow and damage the fireplace chimney.

Negligent Referral Protection - - Why all real estate agents should only recommend InterNACHI inspectors.

InterNACHI is so sure of its inspectors that it will indemnify any licensed real estate agent in an amount up to $10,000 if a third party successfully sues the agent for negligent referral of an InterNACHI inspector.

Resident Insurance Producers must satisfy continuing education requirements in order to renew their license. The continuing education requirement is 24 hours every 2 years (3 hours ethics, 18 hours in major lines and 3 hours miscellaneous). There are more specific requirements for claims-made, long term care and flood insurance, contained in the 18 hour requirement. A continuing education course can’t be repeated in a 2 year period.
