I am not allowed to turn on/off valves of any sort in a non-emergency situation.

Downspouts need to extend a minimum 4 feet from the foundation..

Anything can go down the sewer at anytime. A sewer scope is priceless.

Vegetation next to the foundation is a high risk for damage and costly repairs.

A small leak can cost thousands in a short period of time.

There is no such thing as just a health and safety inspection. I am accountable for all of the property concerns that I can see at the time of the inspection.

I need more than 2 hours to inspect and document the findings of the property.
